Thank you friend! It really is. I'm glad to finally feel like I'm developing the skills to help manage things effectively. It truly feels like a miracle.

Anyways I'm sitting here 2 years post psychosis, diagnosis secured (but not official), and I'm the most skillful and stable I've ever been. I finally found the therapy modality that actually works for me (shout-out to DBT) and my therapist couldn't be better for me.

Recovery is possible.

Like I totally understand not wanting to saddle someone with that diagnosis officially, it's so stigmatized and often gets the patient worse treatment in every other clinical setting. But damn we could've at least talked about it?? Would have changed so much about my understanding of myself
