Though I think this node may very well be the least likely of your list to happen even with all the money in the world. Evanston basically has five stations servicing residents already.

That might be the most unique mid century modern two flat I’ve ever seen. Kinda surprised it doesn’t have Chicago windows though.

Sometimes you just keep things because it might hurt if you don’t in the future, just not right now. There are obvious limits to this mentality, I think his dad made the right decision.
