Again their position now is that schools are doing secret illegal affirmative action as evidenced by…the presence of Black people…it’s just racism.
The Supreme Court didn't "end" affirmative action. It declared it illegal in college admissions in 2023. Things do not magically "end" when they are made illegal. Theft has been illegal for millennia, but it happens all the time. So does racial discrimination in admissions.
