Today, as many of us will sadly be aware, the Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026 guidance came into force. This guidance will not keep children safe. I have written to the Minister for Education, telling her that she is fully responsible for the harm this guidance will cause these poor kids.

i do not care if he personally asked people or not ( i doubt he did) but this is what happens to trans people any time a famous person treats us like shit. on here. this is harassment and it is ken's responsibility to do something about it.
this is kens fault. I have assholes combing my account apparently looking for anything they can report. I already deleted all posts prior to last week because I have been harassed off this once before.
I have an email that says a post and my account were restored for not being in violation yet nothing explaining why I was suspended in the first place.

Two notions should appear in anyone's head who looks at British Politics right now. Firstly "Parliament is Sovereign", and Carl Schmitt's "Sovereign is he who decides on the state of exception." The British System has an illusion of rule of law but there are constant exceptions.

I'm tired of saying this, but trans rights has become the earliest and biggest signal as to how serious a politician is about defeating modern fascism.
Modern fascism is using trans people as the sharp end of the wedge. If politicians accept the wedge, they aren't interested in stopping it.

I think the langauge of "anti rights" is too weak and cautious, I would rather just go directly to calling sex matters a neo-fascist organisation because their segregation of gendered people is inherently an extension of fascist patriarchial logic, plus they have the backing of US christofascists.

It's great to wake up and think that 95% of y'all would've happily let the nazis destroy the lives of Jewish people, Roma, the disabled, and anyone they deemed subhuman in the 1930s because your apathy towards trans people, disabled people, the Roma and irish travellers TODAY speaks volumes.
