Sorry to bring up questions, but that sounds awful. As a therapist who gets a lot of people referred to me because the doctors don't know what they are seeing, it can be rather frustrating to me.

I mean, I guess that could all happen, but it seems strange to have something like that just crop up when your anxiety attacks have been somewhat typical in the past. I don't suppose you were having a new food reaction or reaction to some chemical exposure? Or did something awful just happen?

Anxiety is usually triggered by a part of your brain that thinks you could be dying. So makes sense.
