The TCR was the theme of the night: Mark Davis & Tak Mak received the Immunology prize. It was special for Katharina and me to present our work in front of the discoverers of them, next to nobel prize winner Shimon Sakaguchi and many other national and global leaders of our research field. (3/4)

For this very reason, I was also really happy that my recognition did not stand in the way of our former PhD student Dr. Katharina Kocher, who received the Otto-Westphal prize for the best dissertation. This was clearly a special day for our lab. (2/4)
