been dying for a pmx skirt plugin tool type of thing for blender for years so ive been messing around and seeing what i can do. heavy wip. no lattice like in pmx for fitting the skirt shape and instead using cylindrical parameterisation from your skirt selection 🥹

It's always so satisfying when skirts with layers barely clip at extreme bone angles!
I rigged it all by hand and it took me many hours of trial and error, but it was totally worth the effort!
The apron is weighted to the same skirt bones on purpose.
