I really want to take Vaporeon photos in a more appropriate location, like the beach, but a fleece onesie plus summer heat isn't an ideal combo.

Time to start the Yeti photo-dump! I had a MUCH busier con than usual but it was a rush of fun cosplay with friends from start to finish. My first (and last) cosplay of the weekend was a Rear Palace Maid from Apothecary Diaries, lovingly made by @kurumasha.bsky.social (who also loaned me a wig).

Time to start the Yeti photo-dump! I had a MUCH busier con than usual but it was a rush of fun cosplay with friends from start to finish. My first (and last) cosplay of the weekend was a Rear Palace Maid from Apothecary Diaries, lovingly made by @kurumasha.bsky.social (who also loaned me a wig).
Had a productive night working on cosplay again and now I just have to hope that the momentum can carry over not being able to work on anything until Saturday.

I'm probably going to end up missing Fanfest@home. As much as I would like to go and see all the friends and everything the organizers cooked up (that spriggan!!), after running the finances it's looking to be an extremely expensive weekend.

Things I didn't think I'd say: you really should play the first Powerwash Simulator game before 2 or you're going to be completely lost with regards to the plot. (How does a PW Sim game have enough plot for this to matter, I don't know, but it does.)

Back when I started Dawntrail I thought the Tuliyollal day theme reminded me a lot of the cowboy bebop theme. The idea got parked in my brain for a while but I finally got around to making it.

Bad news: I wrote to the Museum of Maritime Pets in Maine to ask how cat poops and pee were handled on ships before litter was invented. They didn't know! But they're very curious, too, and want me to keep them updated. We can all make educated guesses but I want to see what actual records say.
