The big sectional reclining sofa that was ugly as h*ll but so comfortable to watch TV on is leaving with its new owners today. There was enough dog fur under it to make a new dog.

Good morning from the car while we are awaiting the house reinspection to be done. The dogs and cat are starting to get a little clingy as the moving boxes pile up around them.

Daughter has brought us a bunch of moving boxes from the lab where she works. We need to inform the moving guys to ignore all the toxic and flammable stickers! 😄

My book club met tonight to discuss Fredrik Backman’s Anxious People. I gave it a 3/5. 2 of 5 members didn’t finish it. There were things we all liked, but we agreed that the 1st half of the book was not sufficiently redeemed by the better 2nd half. My least fave of the 3 of his I’ve read.
