Actual “AI” literacy would involve explaining why it's not and never will be a reliable source of information nor will it ever be a replacement for research or creativity.
Teaching kids AI literacy - what it is, how it actually works, what the tradeoffs are in using it - would be a good thing. But that's not what's being proposed, they're trying to get it into grade schools to create AI dependency
