I painted this after the "Town Preserve" was clear cut. It still hurts to go in there and see it even 2 years later because it's still just desolation and gray. I haven't shared it with many people because fear, but I'll share it here.

My great aunt, my aunt and me. I haven't seen those two in 3 years, which is way too long when one of them is 90 🤦
