Would you suggest German Jews were as responsible for The Holocaust as Hitler and the Nazis were?
Others will say every member of a political community, such as a republic, bears responsibility and can be held accountable for what happens to that political community.

This one would say Trump and MAGA enshitified the USA and those of us in the minority have prevented it from being even worse.

Some would say you're letting those responsible off the hook.
Some will say no no it wasn't me that enshittified America. Wrong. It was. We are a people or we are not a people, and anyone saying they are not part of the problem is demonstrating that they are part of the problem.

Doing absolutely nothing is today's GOP, it's safer than doing something.

Shout out to @repbeatty.bsky.social, whose recounting of her fight with Donald Trump not only models how we should stand up to bullies, but also made my day. (Perhaps my week. Even my month. Maybe my year.) THAT is a lawmaker!

I overestimated Norah O'Donnell.

Mike Johnson has his head so far up Trump's ass he may never see the light again. I shudder to think this is an example of a 'christian' man. He should be denounced if real christians are paying attention.

Does anyone else wonder if the Postal Service will comply with the SCOTUS ruling? This administration often ignores court rulings.

This isn't 'dirty', it needs to be acknowledged and accepted as reality.
A new analysis of more than 2.4 million U.S. Census Bureau Household Pulse Survey responses collected from 2021 through 2024 estimates that more than 7% of U.S. adults identify as bisexual, making bisexual people the largest LGBTQ+ group in the United States #NOH8

An important point about the recent AI disclosures,
It’s important to realize the models to which the public has access are NOT the models that are scaring people within the industry.

They’re not talking about chat and task bots.

They’re talking about behaviors they’re seeing in the generation under development and anticipating what will come next.

You know who thought of this before, Fox News?

Congress!

In 1965. When they made offering and taking money for voting ILLEGAL. 52 U.S.C. §10307(c).

I think gas vouchers would be the best incentive to get people to show up for Trump-a-palooza.

This is the best argument for bringing AI into children's lives. I hate it, but...

I’m a father of three who studies the impact of artificial intelligence: this is what parents need to know about AI
A Dr Seuss-style story written in seconds alerted me to the power – and perils – of the technology. But how can children embrace it without forgetting core skills?

This administration never, ever tells us the truth about anything connected to Trump’s Iran War. It’s all propaganda and coverups 24/7.

Liberty died in 2026, sounds about right.
we’ve arrived at the “they’re such rubes they’d pay twice as much for a dollar” stage
They're selling these Trump coins at a 144% markup, which is exactly what you'd expect

Among other things, Elon Musk now makes clear his belief that women must be disenfranchised. And he's now the sole source funder of the Texas GOP. Shouldn't Texas GOP candidates who are running with his money be asked about this?
