Went to the doctors concerned about my weight (underweight). Did the usual measurements, they said "if anything, youre almost overweight".
This was not true, they had read my weight wrong (by 30kg).

"Resetting" my sleep schedule has been a every-now-and-then norm ever since I started WFH almost 10 years ago.
But I think its starting to slowly kill me 🤪
Getting 9hrs yesterday night, and then 1.5hrs last night as my body tries to figure wtf is going on is just NOT it
