McCabe and Mrs. Miller is an all-timer and I quite liked Winterbottom's The Claim.

This is the first I've ever heard of this show. Algorithm-based marketing is the worst.

Three (of 50) had it in their top five, and 8 (😬) listed it as the film 'I'd rather never see again.' So a poor showing for a film I love. It's definitely fared better in the past.

They were close behind. The Apartment is my personal fave but I think all four are pretty much flawless.

One, Two, Three definitely fell off this time and A Foreign Affair leaves them in serious judgement of the characters' choices. My experiment with showing Fedora didn't make it anyone's favorite, but at least only 8/50 actively hated it and most thought it was a fitting ending.

After that came two 'written by' entries - Ninotchka (significantly ahead) and Ball of Fire. The next group is always the one that changes the most. This year it was Ace in the Hole, Stalag 17, Sabrina, and surprise-surprise, Irma la Douce (which was also high on the I'll never watch again list.)

Tesla drivers are a scourge.

I've gotten so used to them, it's shocking. And they drive quite well - actually trained in LA driving - unlike many recent transplants.

Also the expansion of public TK has moved kids out of daycare earlier. It's a massive shift of labor and resources that were not planned for enough.
