I had Muscular Dystrophy, ,type : progressive LGMD and turned to completely disabled and house-bound .
Both of my upper and lower limbs lost their functions ,so currently,I can't walk at all or use my arms properly.

I am Hassan from Yemen.

We need to use our power and that is delete all apps for a start. There’s so many apps which are not necessary and also delete a lot of social media subscribe Independent media. We have a lot of power but we just sit back and let them take over and make our lives worse.
