I bore myself explaining what a bad idea age-based bans on internet access is.
You can do it a few ways, ranging from bad to extraordinarily bad.

Every split vaccine is another opportunity for a missed or skipped appointment. Many children already experience structural barriers when accessing the combined vaccines, and splitting them merely increases those barriers, ultimately resulting in more childhood illnesses and deaths.

In France, legislation came into effect recently for all car parks that have over 80 spaces to be covered with solar panels. Estimated to add around 11GW of renewable energy capacity to the national grid. Why not do likewise in Scotland? Braehead, Silverburn, Glasgow Fort etc.
