Tomorrow marks 1 week of #veganism. My cardiologist encouraged me to get back into it after 20+ years off that wagon. I've had 2 heart attacks due to lifestyle & a condition called Familial hypercholesterolemia.

#lowcarb, minimal processed foods, and water or tea. Lost 7lbs lost in a week.

We lost another good person.

My introduction to #timcurry was with the TV version of "It", before I was 10. Scared the hell out of me, but I was mesmerized by his acting. Next intro was at 14 at a live action #RockyHorror production with my brother. That whole experience is one of my favorites.

As a kid, I grew up in the Bible Belt, so I'd hear country music regularly. I always enjoyed Dolly's voice; it was cheerful and kind sounding to me. And I'd like to accredit that belief to her proving she was indeed a good person.

Yesterday I successfully returned to #veganism. I did this in my 20's and remember feeling great. Due to heart issues in my current age, I have to go low cholesterol, and low sodium. And thanks to a wheat allergy, I'm already doing #lowcarb.

Today is another day to treat myself better.
