Setting aside the fact that Nixon was competent. Vance’s comparison of Trump to Nixon is actually true because the core of Nixons issue was the same as Trumps. They believed that “if the president does it it’s not illegal.” Now that SCOTUS agrees, our republic is in jeopardy
