I now see that his UG degree is from Ohio State. It’s a Poli Sci degree as I expected so I’d expect anyone to come out with a better understanding of Socialism than that.

4/ Fernando Vasquez, an 18-year-old citizen, was on break from work when agents chased and handcuffed him, then put him in their truck.
After realizing their mistake, the agents left the teen alone in the woods, with no way to get home.

Of recent interest here in Minnesota is that ICE is releasing detainees to satisfy Habeas requests, and then immediately detaining again.

Will is 100% right. Has happened to multiple clients of mine. One judge (not my case) has said that this isn't really release and ordered the person *actually* released. But it's forcing us habeas attorneys to win our cases twice (or more)
