I've been trying bigger models after I got a GPU recently and it seems hard to beat Parakeet unified. It's the most recent nvidia model and it does inverse text normalization -- putting numbers and other things in typical formats -- better than anything else I found

Parakeet Unified 0.6B is the way to go if you have a big CPU or GPU or willing to wait a little bit. Canary 180M flash is the fastest for your phone or if you are otherwise in a hurry and accuracy is not so important.
