Not related.
James Patterson wrote a children’s book about going potty (!!??!!).
My wife got it from the library. I literally had to make up the story to my kiddo because the whole book is the behavior you want your kid to avoid when potty training.

Not related.
James Patterson posing like a kid walking into his parents’ room to tell them he threw up really makes this sing
I regret to inform everyone that Mr Beast has collabed with James Patterson

As a dad of a three year old, I know one of them REALLY well.
I know the rest of the top 5 but name, but don’t really know anything about them.
Never heard of any others.

Rewatched ‘The Batman’ today. Not my favorite movie, but maybe my favorite Batman.

Couldn’t forget the scene where he used electrified gloves.

Is this where ICE got the idea?
How many times will they be used this way before congress has “deep regrets”, or “concerns” about funding these losers

You might have missed it, but Saul Williams released a new album this week.

It’s a powerful statement about collective strength and looking to our past struggles as a way forward.
Can’t recommend enough.

A lot of words were used here to not even make an argument for his case.
This is why no one takes these bozos seriously.
No real beliefs, just a thesaurus to feel special.
The “head of strategic futures” at OpenAI just went on an unhinged rant against social security

sometimes I feel like these tech companies are actively trying to alienate as many normal people as possible

They disinvented the VCR. You might think that the reason we don't have VCRs anymore is because VCRs were supplanted by DVDs, PVRs and streaming, but that's not the case. They had it in for the VCR from the very start, and they never stopped trying to kill it. Eventually, they succeeded.

A basic income program in central Iowa gave 110 people $500/mo. It caused improvements in savings, stress, and agency. It also found significant changes in scores relating to hope — the ability to create goals and feel capable of working toward them, and also increases in mattering and self-reliance

When Minneapolis felt under heavy siege, people from everywhere helped and reached out and it was really heartening and made a difference. Memphis deserves that too, all the more so because there appears to be a concerted effort to keep their occupation out of the news

Geese went from a cool little band that even my most musically inclined friends barely knew about to every mainstream fans most hated band seemingly overnight.

This seems to make some sense of that.
I’ll be over here enjoying 3D Country.
