I love trail races and extreme music. I love jazz I enjoy watching triathlons, mountain biking, road cycling, rowing, surfing, kayaking, cyclocross mountain running.
There was a rac in which the participants had to run as far as possible for the longest period of time. A woman ran 636 miles over 6 days and beat everyone. Congratulations to her.
