That 30% premium is the biggest problem. But despite the cost, the festival is always popular, so nothing will change on that front I suspect. Opening things up to competition doesn't always work...

Planners have done their best to ensure too many people need a car to get around. You can protest changing that, without being a hypocrite.

I was arrested for a 10 minute Just Stop Oil protest walk in Central London. I don't own a car and use my bike and public transport as much as possible to get around.

I don't judge people who are concerned about climate change, but do need to use a car - despite England's dense population 1/2

Most takeaway food is of disappointing quality. And usually very unhealthy. And too expensive. It's amazing how lazy people have become to be dependent on it
