So I’ve been trying to get back into the running gig and still volunteering amongst other things.

Day 1 (June 1) YHZ bound to see #LiaGraduates no delays but on a Porter Jet and no Props. (Wifi capable)
Asked for wheelchair assistance but ended up we didn’t want to wait and just managed to figure it out on our own. It was a busy travel day.

A week ago I left YOW and headed to YHZ to pack up my Dal girl. Heading back again in June for convocation/vacation. It was quite the whirlwind week of packing /cleaning and just hanging with her friends for one last hurrah.

Last night I got home and felt a bit disappointed as I was trying something out of character and tried to apply as an actor. I had not heard back and then found the reply in my SPAM folder 🫣 missed opportunity 😔 it wasn’t paid but a learning experience

At work this week I was seeking some guidance but it seems like my manager having differing opinions on what we do. It seems to be a disconnect as to level of effort versus the amount of work required to do the specific request. #chainofcommand

One of the very first people I met #running at one of the clinics was Dee (Darene) I learned today that she has passed away and she had a calm presence and a supportive nature which showed in how she treated many people including myself. RIP Dee.

I’m doing my taxes and discovered that I have no room in my RRSPs. I’m like how did that happen? So I learned I may have to incur overage fees! 😳 Sometimes prepping for retirement is never easy! #Taxes
