There's something without words, without a name, that feels very stark and important about the passing of time and our particular generation's relationship to these collective trauma anniversaries that were/are hyper political, and within just a few short years, reveal so SO much about everything.

Tonight the US struck Iran near the Strait of Hormuz. Iran struck Kuwait. Kuwait activated air defenses against hostile missiles and drones. Both sides say the ceasefire is holding. A ceasefire where both sides are actively firing at each other is not a ceasefire. It is a war without an honest name.
