never seen Dr Who and I know nothing about it + I'm American but I think they should let me spearhead the reboot. the new doctor is Gerard Butler. he hates the ocean bc it killed his wife. he time travels to try to save her. turns out the ocean is a giant time-traveling alien. story writes itself.
