Oh right I forgor you used EndeavourOS. I know you've told me before. I use CachyOS but I don't have any clue which direction to tell you to head from there. Bazzite will probably be great, I just struggle with immutable distros personally.

Like wdym I can follow the wiki to the best of my ability but I will still have random issues because I didn't know I needed an obscure package to fix compatibility with a random chip I didn't even know was inside my computer?

Arch has too much maintenance, I can only use Arch derivatives anymore though because of the crazy package availability.

I don't care if it used to be standard. Hell, the reason it used to be standard is because everything used different crap, and it was miserable. I appreciate not having to deal with an extra cable laying around even more than I appreciated dealing with the piece of crap in the box.

I later confirmed it with the teacher in the room, and we came to the conclusion that kids will be kids, I suppose. If I wear my heart on a sleeve I should expect to let it get a little scraped up.
