"Architectural neoplasm" is a phenomenon where buildings, without apparent cause, start spreading outwards uncontrollably. If the growth is not quickly excised, it destroys the surrounding environment.

I just came up with a revolutionary idea for Marvel to consider. the web fluid in Spider-Man's web-shooters isnt actually a substance at all, but webs from the Web Dimension. a dimension that is just webs, with portals situated in Spidey's web-shooters, allowing him to shoot webs from the dimension.
