How our local council gym encourages cardio.
I was attempting at 20k row. By 10k we had James Martin barbecuing steaks on a wild and windswept Donegal Beach, and by 15k glorious fireside pints were being had.

Visited St Albans cathedral yesterday on the way over to Adams Park. One of those places I've never been and may well never go again. But it was much better than the football, spectacular in fact.

Hard to be optimistic about anything at the moment, but there is one positive development I suppose. Donald Trump has made the strongest possible case for why countries must turn their back on fossil fuel. And they seem to be listening.
