If someone is new to a kink or poly scene and you're an experienced hand, have you considered just BEING A FRIEND?
You don't have to sex them up right away; you can be a decent person who supports them without taking advantage of their naivete.

Played a sealed RCQ today. Started 0-1, rallied to 3-1. Paired down last round and lost miserably.
