god it is FUCKED that we've basically lost our big overtime bonus when we're on call because we're scheduled on sunday now (with 2 weekdays off)
i normally get like around 50 hours when i'm on call and it kind of almost makes it worth it y'know? first week with the new schedule and i only clock 44

tomorrow marks 6 months at my current job. it's weird because things have generally gotten better since we changed districts and i'm not in hell (los angeles) anymore, but also i thought very heavily again about quitting on thanksgiving week lol
