Envy Wine Room tasting: '21 San Polo Brunello di Montalcino: House of Prime Rib, but before Bourdain died, & after 2 martinis. Young, bloody beef, tender & hot. 2nds are implied; but I'm waiting for the young boy to grow old, like so many city stories.
