That would be nice. If it was that way we would have way more representation in the Federal government given the fact that like 47% of Albertans voted liberal or NDP in the federal election yet we have like 3 seats.

In my district we had way more people vote collectively for NDP/libs then the conservatives party but lost the seat due to splitting the vote!!!!! Doesn't matter how many people vote when the vote is split.

Lol I vote NDP but yes. When Alberta is heavily NDP and that happened during the federal election in a few areas, including the district where I live. Yes I think that they shouldn't have liberals running here. We could've had more representation in the federal government but NDP/Libs split votes.

I'd love European social laws. 4+ weeks paid vacation minimum. Better maternity leaves, work rules, etc. Unfortunately we are still close to the US on our crazy 2 week vacation per year.
