Honestly, wasn't feeling it, today. Not at all. Actually had to force myself out and just try to at least hit my step count and the tiniest bit of resistance training, curls and crunches only. Oh well. Could always be worse. Oh, and a few jumps too 🦘

Have you guys watched "a touch of spice"? I just saw it sits @ 48% on metacritic, which, to me, is incomprehensible. It's a touching movie, but I can understand it's possible "it doesn't translate well". Anyway, I've bawled my eyes out with this more than once 😔🖤
