I really think that even most people who think language policing was a huge problem over the past 5-10 years have no patience for the disgusting little freaks who have tried to bring back "retarded" as a slur. It's just so low-rent and such a tell that the person using it is not worth your time

Around this time last year I got ... chided? upbraided? yelled at? excoriated? for saying Tech didn't worry me. Lesson learned with five minutes to go in the first quarter and plenty of opportunities to relearn it in the cold. BK is a FFC and runs a competent operation.

Since I knew Kirby could handle Ole Miss and Auburn on his own, I left the real Athens, where them Dawgs are, and went to the other one, with the round footballs. And there I found the Surrender Cobra, Archaic Greek edition. @hollyanderson.bsky.social is quite the classicist as it turns out. 750 BC
