Canadian exports to the EU cannot compensate for lost access to US markets. But a lack of fiscal restraint in Washington, coupled with the war in the Middle East, means it scarcely matters. Canadian exports are still growing as the Trump administration's economic policies work at cross-purposes.

any dem candidate in 2028 who talks about that it is "time to move on" and they need to "heal the country" by not going after the Trumps and his Administration will never be elected President. The winner will talk about prosecutions and seizing assets.

i tell you what, if Democrats win the elections in 2026 and 2028, one of the biggest mistakes they could make is to talk about uniting the country by not prosecuting all of the lawbreakers and corruption of Trump administration officials. One reason we are here today is Ford's pardon of Nixon.

I am against gerrymandering, but I am also against unilateral disarmament. Gavin Newsom’s plan to redistrict in California, to get more seats in 2026, and stop Trump in his tracks, should be replicated by Democratic Governors across the country. We need to actually fight here.
