My yearly reminder to wear sunscreen AND a hat.

In 2018 I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma (skin cancer). It's slow growing and not likely to spread, but still not fun to have removed.

I had always used sunscreen (as an adult…. I am a child of the 80’s) but didn’t wear a hat.

When the power is out, breakfast looks like this.
