Finally got back to a successful 140kg Deadlift yesterday. I'm on fewer calories atm trying to cut down too so I'm happy my strength is still going up 🙏🏻💪🏻
I definitely had two but this WAS strapless y'know? 👀🤣

Went to see #BAFTAGamesInConcert tonight at Birmingham Symphony Hall. An absolutely fantastic time was had. Love Video Game Music. Hearing Ezio's Family played live was truly something else. 💚
