<div class="field field-field-text"><p>A Palestinian youth has died after Israeli settlers opened fire during an attack near Sa’ir, north of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank.</p>
<p>Another Palestinian, a man in his 70s, suffered serious gunshot wounds in the same attack, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.</p>
<p>Paramedics transported both Palestinians to hospital after performing resuscitation at the scene. The younger victim later died from his wounds.</p>
<p>The Quds News Network said Israeli settlers also set fire to a building near the community of al-Bi’ah during the raid.</p>
<p>Video footage from the area showed flames engulfing the structure following the attack.</p>
