Big takeaway from NGA’s Workforce Pell Implementation Lab last week: “We need to listen to the people we are creating these pathways for.” Proud to have @ruraltalentlabs in these conversations. Workforce Pell opens a door. Now we have to make sure rural communities can walk through it too.
