Level 6 Conjuration
Casting Time: Action
Range: 120 ft
Components: V, S
Duration: [[Concentration]], up to 1 minute
You shape a vast number of ice weapons connected by a twisting, spiraling chain of ice around you. You can launch this chain toward a point within range. When it reaches the target, the ice explodes outward, creating a deadly zone of blades and freezing terrain.
Choose a point you can see within range. Each creature in a 30ft radius [[Sphere (Area of Effect)|Sphere]] centered on that point must make a Dexterity [[Saving Throw]]. On a failure, the creature takes 6d10 slashing damage plus 6d6 cold damage and also cannot take [[Reaction]] and has their movement halved until the start of your next turn. On a success, the creature takes half damage and suffers no additional effects.
The area around the target becomes [[Difficult Terrain]] until the start of your next turn. Any creature that starts its turn there must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked [[Prone]] by the ice shards.

Realised that I never shared the fact that I got all achievements on NieR: Automata last month :)
Even did 100% for everything except fishing. Did not buy any of them with the special shop.

In the next batch there will be one 10th level spells since I made level 10-12 spells possible in my world. But they are spells gained through epic boons, lore and exploration/quest for lvl 18+

So was making a trap amd realised that I can make my players suffer more with the help of disease (even more evil when I think about the fact that they decided to play without any healer) :)

Exposure. A creature can contract tetanus when a wound is contaminated by bacteria, particularly from a deep puncture wound caused by a dirty or contaminated object. Rust itself does not cause tetanus.
Constitution Saving Throw. DC 15 On a failure, the target has tetanus. Symptoms don't appear until the onset period has passed.
Onset: 3-21 Days
Symptoms. Once the disease takes hold, the target develops increasing muscle stiffness and painful muscle spasms.
At the end of each Long Rest, the creature makes a Constitution saving throw against the disease. On a failed save, its symptoms worsen by one stage. On a successful save, its symptoms don't worsen.

You clasp your hands together, forming a dense orb of absolute darkness that distorts space itself. The orb hovers at a point you can see within range, generating an overwhelming gravitational field that pulls everything toward it.
When the orb appears, each creature of your choice within a 30-foot radius [[Sphere (Area of Effect)|Sphere]] centered on it must make a Strength [[Saving Throw]].
- On a failed save, a creature takes 6d10 Force damage and is pulled up to 20 feet straight toward the orb.
- On a success, it takes half as much damage and isn’t pulled.

At the start of each of your turns, the orb intensifies. Each creature in the area must make a Strength saving throw:

A quick reskin I did a long time ago of a will-o-wisp.
And after using it in combat, I completely forgot that the will-o-wisp in general is a pain woth the vanish feature.
Also still unsure if it's a CR 3 or 4, but after testing I feel like it doesn't really have the damage for a CR 4.

So here's the Rust Monster variants I made a couple time ago.
Liked the idea of them being more than just one monster and also as you can see in the statblock I do have a degradation system in place. Maybe I should have used another metal name for the ironback..

This time it's the Purple Moth from Danmachi :). Remade it for DnD since I made a lot of the Danmachi monster for a TTRPG in that world that we played 3/4 years ago. Had its own systems/stuff.

Basically that was one of the player that died in an undead form controlled by a demon. (The player couldn't make it anymore to the game because of work).
But was able to come to the last fight controlling himself has a monster :)
