I guess that's the point 😂 Glad I didn't get caramel and spinach. The mushrooms are woody with that spirit edge. I won't put much in, to complement the coffee, and hopefully the chocolate malt will add that type of sweetness 🤞🏻

Cold brewed coffee in 4 days, & the porcini extract (steeped in vodka) added at bottling stage, c12 days' time.

I know we (Europe*) have so many great brewers, beers and malts, but dang (see what I did there) I love the range that continent (& SC) is coming up with. I love reading the socials they do.

Just come across your post whilst seeing if SC are on here. I would love to visit once 🍊 is gone, since I read about them in Pellicle. They were so helpful in offering to send a small batch of malt to me in the UK but I would've had to sell a kidney to afford postage and customs.
