Just watched the Odyssey. Really enjoyable.
Elliot Page is unforgettable in it.
It has a modern sensibility and themes, so it's not very faithful as a adaption but I had no problem with that. Image and sound working together to hammer you down into the seat the way Odysseys is broken by the gods.

Just watched the Odyssey. Really enjoyable.
Elliot Page is unforgettable in it.

This feels silly especially when Marvel films tend to be rather simple and traditional meaning it's not too much to pieces together what's going on and who is who based on context of a given scene.

I could be wrong, it's been years, but wasn't the thing with Berserk that Guts is an ordinary guy who with sheer willpower ends up becoming extraordinary? while his nemesis/opposite Griffith is extraordinary from birth (the evil chosen one).
But now it turns out that Guts was special from birth too?
