Radical Christian community minister. Queer. Unitarian. Anti-capitalist. Aspiring to be Welsh. Likes naps and cats.
I quite like putting together a flyer. I imagine I'd like to be a graphic designer, even though it's probably the worst time ever to go into that kind of thing! 😬

Been at Cardiff Transformed today. Some good stuff but I'm also feeling very thoughtful about our theories of change and what jigsaw pieces are missing when we talk about politics, justice, and activism.

Sabbath is so important. I had such writer's block yesterday for my teaching. I took 24 hours off, spent time with my boyfriend, then walking home it all just came to me, and I noted it all down in 5 minutes.

Visiting the grave of Tomos Glyn Cothi (1764 - 1833) another Welsh Unitarian minister arrested for exercising his freedom of speech. Things haven't changed much in 200 years when clergy are still arrested for speaking out. My trial date has been delayed again to 2027. #savinglivesisnotterrorism

From (I think??) the 1880s to the 1960s most British Unitarian worship happened using basically the Unitarian version of the Book of Common Prayer. Honouring this tradition tomorrow at 6pm I'll be leading an online service using this book

God I love James Luther Adams. This one short essay from 1946 covers so much about what liberal faith is and how it goes wrong.

Second night in a row eating food from the allotment. 😁 I'm still kind of amazed seeing food from the ground rather than the supermarket!
