Incredible scenes as @novaramedia.com’s Michael Walker questions Yvette Cooper over her decision to proscribe direct action group Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation.

To date, her policy has led to nearly 4,000 arrests of peaceful protesters under the UK Terrorism Act.

This compares to:
- 8,213 hip replacements
- 7,851 knee surgeries
- 25,633 cataracts surgeries

Until NHS Wales publishes its reasoning, patients will be left in the dark about the future. It's time for answers.
