Seconding this, for the most part ghosting is not a reflection on you and what you're doing!

Luckily, Concepts makes it convenient to draw, but you can't really edit lines with any real precision. Completely eliminates the impulse to screw around with line nodes. Treat it more like drawing traditionally!

Have you ever considered using a vector oriented program like Concepts? So far it seems to perform well on both versions of the MovinkPad with complete artworks, but the small sample size makes it difficult to determine if that extends to other artists.

Which of the MovinkPads is your tablet? Haven't had experience with Clip personally on production work, but would be interested to hear about your experience!

The ink work of the Spirou comics have always been a huge inspiration. Such solid drawing...

Forgot to resize the previous sets of spreads! These should be much more reasonable to load. Not sure how many of these is reasonable to post here, might instead keep full archives of sketchbook pages in Patreon or something.

Confining the study half of this sketchbook to this thread. 8 more pages from the beginning of the book.

If you instead need to work in a book, you could use a Camera Lucida of some kind, like the Etchr Mirror or NeoLucida (neolucida.com), but this is a little more complex to improvise on one's own.

Only just managed to get hands on some basic clear acrylic panels which flatten the page nicely for future photos, but they don't have the 50 miter to form that nice V shape. For now, magnets are used on the outside of the book and the working page to hold it open and that works for drawing in bed!

Eventually would like to be able to make something like what is described on these sites, but for the moment these photos are taken with a flexible monopod clamped to a kitchen drawer with a camera attached. The book is surrounded with white canvas.
