#WorkoutStuff.. got in a FULL 5K today..working on pace getting faster for my SPRINT TRI"s..work starts now..OFFSEASON.. old not dead.. peeled a good portion off but want be at least 2m/mile faster by SPRING. got some work.. but this year have peeled 10M off my tri finishes.. lost 30Lbs.. huge
