Dug into this and her name seems to be Zhao Jing. She’s being held at Adelanto. A habeas lawsuit was filed at 11:05 AM Pacific today. On X, a user said Ms. Zhao had taught her son.
As to why ICE arrested her, no idea. Most likely she’s a pending asylum applicant who got stuck in backlogs for years.

Nothing at all about criminals apprehended or deported.
The term “remigration” is associated with the extreme right and only came into widespread usage in 2023-4. Even Germany’s AfD avoided using the term in 2024 for fear of scaring away voters. Today the US government is celebrating the “victories” it’s racked up in the “ethnic cleansing” column.

ICE agents attacked a group of protesters with their car and batons outside of a home they had staked out in Frederick, Maryland. Hagerstown Rapid Response was on the scene to help out with the protest. There were no arrests and no warrants—just aggressive tactics from ICE.
