Morning. Shrove Tuesday and there will be pancakes later. My recipe is 2 eggs, 100g self raising flour, 300ml milk (or split 50/50 with a #beer of your choice) and a dessert spoon of vegetable oil. Whisk together, leave to rest then whisk again before use. Have good day 😊

Exactly right. The lottery heritage fund, @historicengland.bsky.social and all involved with the Iron Duke treated publicans appallingly and chose a duo who own burger bars to run this historic public house. Costing 2.5 million of public money.
