I have no doubt about the competence of Mr. Carney, as of Mr. Draghi, both former Central bankers.
I have no doubt about him being more competent that most, if not all, our current EU(and MSs) leaders.
However, as a democratic PM, he'll leave, and this should be a collective project. Not a new UK.
